Mount Sinai Wellness Center
I was taking 8M of Xanax a day and drinking daily. I needed somewhere to go and detox but didnt think I needed in-patient. Thank the lord I went to Mt. Sinai Wellness. I found them on Rehabs.com and spoke to them.They were a godsend. Had me in treatment within 8 hours and the experience is great. I will say you have bad days at rehab cause youre talking about stuff that doesn't make you necessarily pleased with yourself. When I got there, two staff members showed me around. I felt like I belonged. Nobody judged me, and everyone helped. I met some great people who are going through the same stuff I am. My therapist was amazing although she did anger me by challenging me. Another staff member helped me find a good place here in Florida and I am ready for the next phase in my life.Food is good. Manicures on the weekends. They make you feel like a person going through a hard situation.
