Serenity Point Recovery Center
I\'m an employee currently at Serenity Point Recovery. I\'ve been employed here for two months and over that small period of time I\'ve seen people grow so much, body, mind and soul. It\'s kind of amazing to watch someone change so drastically in such a short amount of time. I believe it\'s got a lot to do with the ACC program and our staff. Many of which have graduated the same program, from one of our sister facilities.
Awakenings Rehabilitation
You can really tell that the staff is there for their clients. I enjoyed the ability to be creative again in their art therapy class. I also liked how I had options in my recovery plan. And, their food is the best!
Henry Ford Health System - Maplegrove Center
Maplegrove was an excellent experience. They taught me about the disease and told me that I will not be a success without AA. A 12 step program was my only hope. I listened to that and they were right. I don't know how many people told me that they relapsed many times until they took AA seriously. Maplegrove was not too proud to say that. There is no cure, just the reprieve with the focus on the 12 steps.
