Dr. Altobelli is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and certified in suboxone treatment. Dr. Altobelli completed her fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry, and completed her adult psychiatry residency training, at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. Prior to medical school Dr. Altobelli earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts at University of Arizona and worked in the film industry in NYC. With a unique background in addiction, psychiatry, trauma and film, Dr. Altobelli is a respected consultant on behavioral health topics. She believes strongly in the mind body spirit connection and has tailored her practice to treat clients with a creative approach. In conjunction with standard psychopharmacology and talk therapy, Dr. Altobelli integrates alternative modalities as part of the healing process, including Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology. Reese began his journey with us as a House Manager four years ago, and that’s when he developed his passion for working with others. That very same passion for helping others and watching our clients lives materialize is what motivates Reese on a daily basis to help to ensure Renaissance Recovery remains a safe, structured, and culturally sound environment for our clients. Serving as Executive Director, Reese provides oversight of all the day to day operations of Renaissance, lending support to each department whenever necessary.

He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, as well as an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and is a licensed mental health counselor and national certified counselor. Prior to joining Laguna Treatment Hospital, Rollins served as interim CEO and COO at a 148-bed hospital in the Bay Area and at a 171-bed facility in Sacramento, California, providing leadership and overseeing operations of the two largest free-standing psychiatric facilities in the state of California. Before his work in California, Rollins held a leadership role at a large integrated healthcare system in the state of Indiana where he testified before legislators on expanding crisis and addiction services. Rollins is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental illness and addiction and shares his knowledge and personal experience—including the loss of his sister, a registered nurse, to suicide—on various media platforms. Rollins is a member of the Steering Committee for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-TALK) and the California Hospital Association and a winner of the Center of Leadership Development’s Human Achievement Award. When he’s not working, Rollins enjoys photography, traveling, playing percussion, and drawing.
