Miracle House Inc.

This facility has several levels of care and the staff to back them. Miracles hires peer mentors that bridges the gap between staff and clients. Miracles serves adult and adolescents. They could use better computers for clients to job serch. Their computers are old and out dated. I had tried other treatment facilities and miracles program for women had a different kind of care. It was very spiritual as is the women who work there. They have a way of getting you to focus on your spirituality and teach how to apply that in your daily living for a healthy sobriety.

Sunflower Wellness Retreat

Was terrified going in. It was busy, lotsa patients and lotsa activity. Saying that tho, I was also going thru heavy withdrawal. I ended staying 45 days instead of the customary 30. It saved me. I wish they took better care of their counselors but I believe it was during a transitional time for them. Made some real friends that I'm still in contact with and ate fabulously. Only downside was my last day there did not go so great. Other than that I can say it was the worst/best thing ever to happen to me and I'm still under the follow-up care they provided so I didn't feel dumped. Thank you!
