Client Reach is our business suite connecting your facility’s location to our nationwide directory, which acts as a complimentary catalogue for all treatment centers across the United States. For those who prefer a more pronounced listing, we offer paid package options that include exclusive features and designation to enhance the visibility of addiction treatment provider listings on results pages and within the listings themselves. These listings are prominently showcased on our family of directory websites:

Meeting specific criteria grants your listing visibility on all six sites, maximizing exposure for your treatment center. To identify the listing option that aligns best with your facility’s marketing goals, the details of each package are outlined below.

Package Details

Whether you are a current or prospective client, we understand how important transparency is when it comes to marketing efforts and cost. The following are our package options along with the features and services they each include.

Free Listings

Free listings are provided at no cost. However, while they do appear in our directory when searched, they lack any additional features, images, or support to enhance their visibility.

Claimed Listings

Claimed Listings, also free, permit a single photo upload for display on the listing page. To qualify, a facility leader simply needs to ‘claim’ the facility, and the one-photo allowance serves as a token of appreciation for contributing to the directory’s organization and accuracy.

Standard Listings

Under the Standard Listings package, clients pay $1000 per month per listing. This package includes a single photo upload for display on the listing page, the ability to edit facility information, and link your website or social media profiles. Additionally, it includes access to the review system for approval, denial, and responses. Furthermore, this package offers enhanced visibility on the results page, featuring listings above the free and claimed ones within the corresponding zip code.

Promoted Listings

Promoted Listings, priced at $2000 monthly per listing, include all features in the Standard package plus more. Benefits of this package include unlimited photo uploads and heightened visibility on the results page. This enhanced visibility showcases your primary photo prominently and reaches individuals within a 100-mile radius, although regional provider densities may vary. Inside the listing, additional features include a Footer Drawer CTA and the ability to add accreditation, license, and insurance details.

VIP Listings

VIP Listings, priced at $3000 per month per listing, include all features in the Promoted package plus many other benefits. These include top placement on listing results pages, showcasing a 4x larger image compared to Promoted listings. The VIP card also enables users to scroll through listing photos and features tags displaying the services offered by your location.

Only two VIP cards are displayed simultaneously on a results page, ensuring high visibility. Priority placement is granted to locations within the same zip code as the city searched. In the absence of a VIP listing in the city’s zip code, VIP listings are displayed based on the state, rotating to provide exposure across the entire state. Occasionally, VIP listings for other states may be shown on state pages if no VIP listing is available for that specific state.

For extended profile reach, Additional State Placement can be acquired at $1k per month per state, with potential bulk discounts for multiple states (excluding CA, FL, and TX). For more information on available placements, please contact your account manager.
