You're not at home anymore, you are expected to follow the rules without exceptions and every once in a while, you run into a bad employee. I would recommend this facility because my aunt has been a patient numerous times over the years. There hasn't been a miraculous cure, but she always does so much better after treatment. I've never heard horror stories or problems at Tri-County and their numerous programs have been featured many times on local TV programs.

I was very scared but they made me feel very comfortable. The staff were always available to discuss issues I was having. The group sessions were very helpful and counseling was great. Great people who work at Valley Hope, and most are recovering addicts/alcoholics as well.
