Greenhouse Outpatient Treatment Center
Overall it's a good outpatient program with intensive therapy groups daily and a nice place to stay in sober living while doing your outpatient program. The food at resolutions is very good and the rooms are nice, new and clean with mini-fridges, tv's and plenty of space with maid service. The pool is also beautiful and is a nice way to relax after a long week of class. The only ding I have is regarding the individual therapy - I haven't gotten very much out of the individual sessions (it may just be my individual therapist) the group sessions/classes are beneficial and they teach about a broad range of topics including healthy relationships, mindfulness, meditation, co-occurring disorders and communication. One thing to note, you are not allowed to get a pass (leave the facility) until you are in treatment for 14 business days and no visitors are allowed to come into the facility.
Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center
I think that if a person is ready to go to any lengths to get and stay sober that it doesn't matter much where they go. However, I know that my ability to go the PaRC (Prevention and Recovery Center) was a luxury and that not everyone has that available. Looking back, especially now after staying sober for almost 6 years, I see how wonderful the PaRc was. I still maintain relationships with some of the people I met in that facility. I highly recommend the PaRc and did when my my father needed treatment. He has now been sober almost 5 years, without relapse. Everyone's journey is different and some relapse, some don't. But the environment I had at the PaRc was amazing. I am forever in debt to that place.
Discovery Point Retreat
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Discovery Point Retreat for their amazing work, it's only because of them that I am alive now. I would like to thank all the staff who stood beside me throughout my journey. It wasn't easy, but it was the best thing I did for myself in a long time. Before I met the counselors at Discovery Point, I was a lost soul and so hopeless, I was not even sure if I will survive the next day. Without the help of this amazing rehabilitation center it would never have been possible for me to regain my faith in life.Before coming to Discovery, I was highly skeptical about the methods used in most rehabilitation centers. However, now I am so thankful and happy to make this choice. I would recommend this Discovery Point Retreat to everyone who would like to have a life-transforming experience and want to have a safe environment away from drugs/alcohol. I felt so uplifted when I arrived, I knew I was at the right place, and not once I doubted my choice, Thank to the amazing best drug rehabilitation center called Discovery Point Retreat for saving my life and giving me a second chance to make everything right and this time over have a good go at my life. Thanks to all stuff.
