The Last Resort

Set on a secluded 55-acre ranch just outside Austin, The Last Resort helps men step forward in confidence and pursue lasting recovery from addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns. Their men’s-only program combines medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient support, 12-Step immersion, clinical care, and ranch-based experiences in a setting built to equip men with brotherhood, accountability, and practical tools for long-term growth.
