Verify your coverageThe facility was in the middle of nowhere. Very nice and clean and relatively new building, spacious, good and healthy meals. The counseling was extremely effective and counselors were experts, being recovered themselves.
Definitely great at combining 12-step and holistic treatments, it's not an all or nothing approach, and each person is treated uniquely. It's also a pretty affordable facility as well. It's a nice environment in general, but some of the furnishings are a bit dated. This was my 3rd attempt at treatment, and it was way different than the first 2 places I went. From the first day I was treated as a unique individual and was introduced to new recovery approaches in a way that seemed very inviting. They also went beyond just treatment and helped me focus on life issues that were causing me problems too!
Incredibly caring staff and a well structured program. The focus on relationship building, creating a spiritual foundation, and life-skills helped develop my recovery to set me up for success in sobriety. Staff, housing, client involvement, community involvement, personal attention, focus on mental as well as physical health. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between staff members but if that happens it is always addressed immediately and handled with care.
