You have been a very stable terminal for me throughout my stay, you always listened, and tried to help me with everything, and I feel like because of our little sessions, I let go of many emotions, and discovered issues that I have been suppressing for a long time. You guys Serenity is really the place that changes people so much, they make you really sure about yourself, its like a self booster. When I arrived I was a hot mess to say the least, but after going through the program, I gained certainty in myself, and I know what to do in able to succeed without any harmful substances. Those drugs were just masking the feelings I could not deal with, and I was running away from.i also have to mention the communications course, it was fantastic. I would have never thought that such a simple course can change so much. I learned many coping mechanisms, and lot more things. Now I am more able to go on with my life, and put out goals to achieve and work towards them. I know how to stay clean and sober, and this is thanks to the fantastic team at Serenity, and to my counselor in particular for having her as my counselor.
