Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System

Strengths: Former addicts in recovery. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Weaknesses. Very little down time. This was a very informative place. I learned a lot about myself, and what it takes to stay sober. I like the way they taper the withdrawal medicine down, so it makes for a nice detox

The Liberty Ranch

I have 10 months sober today thanks to the Liberty Ranch I personally have learned so much about myself! I have learned how to have fun in sobriety, for example going to the Red River Gorge and jumping off rocks, swimming in our pool, bonfires at the fire pit, going to the movies, and most importantly learning the true meaning of happiness. I have friends today, ones who actually care for me and want to see me succeed. The twelve steps have been incorporated in my every day life, which teaches me the proper way to cope with life. I came to the ranch at eighteen so if I can do it any one can!
