I was initailly very pleased with the doctor as well as the company itself during witch I had my first video apt.. However the following week I had missed my video apt. Due to phone issues.only to sign onto my account 2 days later realizing they not only took 75$ witch would have been for the apt that week,without the apt being done and matching the prior weeks 75$,but they also took an extra 15$ off my account. I contacted the conseler woman to inquire about it only for her to say it was being charged as some kind of initial 90$ fee for something else that I never signed up for. I sent her written notice stating I never signed up for automatic payments on my card let alone for them to charge it for an extra amount to begin with however she decided to ignore my pleads!!! I am highly irate. The woman canceled my membership, however my 90$ refund is yet to be seen!!!! I will be taking further action if my issue is not settled being as you are not legally able to take money from my account without my say so!

What an experience! I feel like a totally new person thanks to my experience at Behavioral Rehabilitation Services. This rehab center was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. What a trip! I have been struggling with an addiction to prescription drugs and alcohol off and on for almost a decade now. I had been to two other rehab centers before this one but they were not anything like it. This treatment center was truly special and interesting. I got a lot of one on one attention at Behavioral Rehabilitation Services. This center treated me like a sophisticated adult which I really appreciated. This treatment center helped me to find a level of sobriety that I was not able to find at the other two rehab centers. At Behavioral Rehabilitation Services, I was also able to pick and choose which approaches to addiction treatment that I was going to get, and which ones would be left to the side. This helped me get more done in less time, because I was able to focus on the therapies and the treatment methods that worked for me and that were only the successful ones, not the ones that would not help me. I would strongly recommend Behavioral Rehabilitation Services to anyone who was suffering with drug and alcohol addiction. This rehab center was a huge force of change in my life that I will not forget anytime soon. I don’t think I would still be here today if it was not for them. I would strongly recommend this treatment center to anyone who has been struggling with addiction, especially people who have not been able to beat their addiction problems with other rehab centers. Behavioral Rehabilitation Services is a cure all! My hat is off to them and I wish them greatness!
Awakenings Rehabilitation
My brother did really good at Awakenings. This program seemed to mesh well with him and his needs. One thing about this program that worked so well for him was that it's a mostly holistic program. He was diagnosed with depression when he was 16 and has been on medication since then. At Awakenings they didn't try to take him off his meds, didn't tell him that he didn't need it. They also didn't prescribe any additional medication there. They don't do that. You stay what you're on when you get there and that's it. That along with the staff, the treatment program he did and everything else, he had a great experience there. The staff were easy to get along with and easy to work with. The other clients helped my brother a lot as well. They helped him fit in when he first got there and made him comfortable there. My brother had a easy time staying through his program because he liked it there. He learned a lot about himself and how best to keep himself sober. They didn't take him off his medication but, they also didn't try to prescribe anything while he was there. All that combined just worked for him and made Awakenings a wonderful rehab that he benefited greatly from going to. I never tried it but heard the food could be better. Could use more staff members too but, the staff they have are amazing.
