Verify your coverageThey helped me accomplish my goal comfortably. Offered continued support. Activities and food were not all that great Try to spend most of your time with other patients who were admitted for the same reasons as you. It will make your stay much more enjoyable.
I went through this facility twice. The first time I just wasn’t ready for treatment. The counselors were very patient with me and tried very hard to work with me on my addiction and I just didn’t want to comply. 13 mo. Later I was ready and knew this was the right treatment center for me. They again were very patient, helped me gain employment and now even provide transportation to work. This was very important as I don’t have a DL. The program fees are very fair -$170/wk. The structure, guidance and counselors are the best in the area ( I’ve been to just about all of them). I stayed 1.5 yrs in their recovery home - $150/wk. Again, very fair! The bottom line is they offer all the right pieces to guide me in recovery. Although it was truly up to me, I’m grateful for what they’ve done to help me maintain my sobriety (3 yrs and going). They care and will help you as long as you’re ready! I sponsor and still stay active in recommending those in need.
Staff really care about the patients. It's not over crowded so that means your not just a number. The country setting is surreal. more staff Heartland is a great place AA/NA meeting are the best The group setting is small so no one goes overlooked. Staff will go above and beyond to make you comfortable.
