Strengths: Very High Staff to Client Ratio, Excellent Nutritional Offerings, Amazing Holistic Treatment Included, Non-12 Step if that's not your thing. Weaknesses: If you don't have private insurance, the program is pretty pricey. I really got a lot of the program. I received 5 one on ones per week with a Psychologist, 4 Holistic Sessions, a nutrition plan that help me get healthy again, not to mention a treatment plan developed exclusively for me. I have been sober 3 years now. THIS PROGRAM WORKS!

I had a really positive & motivating experience with LTH. The facility is really nice & the staff are wonderful. I want to especially acknowledge group facilitator Ian: his groups are really dynamic, covering diverse, applicable topics & he makes the material translate into how clients can actually apply tools learned to life outside of treatment. What impressed me most was his enthusiasm for recovery & ability to encourage the hope in clients that long term recovery is possible & worth working towards. I looked forward to his groups & continue to apply what he taught to my life in recovery today.
