Your nursing staff is very uncaring to it patients. You have a patient with severe asthma and wants to do her appointments over the phone because of the virus and you refused. The psychologist will do appointments over the phone. Work schedule with doctors scheduled does not work to even come in. Patient is denied her meds. Clinics will allow you to do appointments over phone by internet. Your nursing staff doesn’t care if patient has there medications. People are avoided medical offices because of corona virus. This is sad you don’t put your parents safety first or there health when meds are needed.
