In 1997, Ms. Georgia Frabotta, founder of the Villa Treatment Center opened the first Angel House Sober Living home in North Hollywood, California and since then has established a network of Angel House Sober Living homes. From the start, Georgia was determined to help as many recovering addicts and alcoholics as possible. Georgia’s commitment was to welcome each person into the warmth and safety of Angel House, setting the standard that reflects her own personal belief in the power of spiritual transformation and recovery from addiction. Georgia has brought that same standard and feeling to The Villa Treatment Center offering recovering addicts and alcoholics the chance to experience miracles in recovery, embrace a new and healthy lifestyle, and to find hope where there is hopelessness.

Specialization

  • Process Abuse Treatment

Not all addictions involve mood-altering chemicals. The term “process addiction” describes the unhealthy use of behaviors (including eating, gambling, sexual activity, shopping, internet use, etc.) that has spiraled out of control and into the realm of addiction.
  • Client & Family Support Groups

Group therapy is a vital component of addiction recovery treatment, considered as important and effective (sometimes even more so) than individual therapy. Benefits include reducing isolation and loneliness and providing the opportunity to learn from others in recovery. In the addiction setting, group therapy is run by trained professionals who guide participants toward a shared goal of recovery.
