We\'ve been waiting 3 hours, so far and haven\'t seen anyone. I see why the ratings are so bad.

This place is Awful!Not a Detox Unit! I volunteered to go in detox to get off Dr prescribed meds!They put me on a unit with locked Doors!?🔒The Pt’s were so drugged they were like Zombies 🧟‍♂️ 🧟‍♀️ the employee’s there are not licensed to do what they are being allowed to do! Incompetent,unprofessional! So I realized I’m on psych unit! A woman there had a bowel movement on the floor!🤭🤦🏻‍♀️Another man urinated on the floor!😧🤢🤮By the Grace of God🎚👏 they’ forgot to lock a door!🚪 I found it & I just Ran with Fear!🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️😤BTW-I am a Nurse of 30yrs-Retired.....,I have never seen such in incompetence in my life!So my Daughter goes to get myPROPERTY my prescription eyeglasses missing,my $1.000 thousand dollar dentures missing,my clothes missing, 15 Xanax missing!🤭I have contacted Clayton Co Police Dept-Therf! 🚔 I am contacting the State to advise them they need to Drug Screen all their “employees!They need to return my property! I have attempted to reach the Pt Advocate Stacey several times,to no avail! I will not let this go.Contacting The Board of Medical Proff.Board of Nursing.The state needs to launch an investigation on this Facility!STAT!😡I am willing to go to Court & testify to the lack of professionalism & theft of all My Property!The manner in which I was so poorly treated!SHAME ON THIS PLACE! 1st-Do No HARM!🤚🏻An Oath they do not recognize!Erase this I know you will -dishonesty! This place definitely needs some work I call everyday to check on my friend and nobody answers the phone and when the lady upfront did answer the phone she had a nasty attitude and was acting like she didn’t care for my friend or what I had to say. Side note my friend dad went up their yo check on his son and now we’re tyrna call to check in his son but nobody’s answering the phone. You seriously needs to check your employees and let them know this is not acceptable like we just what to make sure he’s okay

Employees were friendly to patient's family. Not enough activities for patients This facility is very strict with its patients about things that they are allowed to do. However, there is not enough Leisure activities.

Positive setting was a strength of the facility but the activities were a downfall. Monitor treatment.
