My nurse prescriber was changed 3 times. 2 times the person did not show on appt so I never met them. 3rd time the nurse was rude and assumed I was still using. I have been sober for 15 years and wanted help with depression. This made it worse.

Waited over a month for my first appointment. I logged into the meeting for 20 minutes but the doctor didn't show. I was told that I no-showed and was billed for the session. I could have had help by now if I knew they weren't really going to do it
