groups were good but not long enough, great one on one
their groups are awesome and leaders, the first couple days were rough cause I had massive withdrawal and got sick and shakes
they have groups outside when weather is nice, they don't give you a substitute for smoking like patches or gum. they will spend one on one time if having hard withdrawal
