I came to this facility because they said that the mental health corporate claim was outstanding.I must admit it was not bad. I brought in a list of my medications. And I had an adverse agitated experience because given the wrong dose for three days.

There were a few counselor a that really knew what they were there for. They had a very sweet and caring soul. It was almost as if you didn't want to attend a halfway house after, they wanted nothing more to do with you. I probably had a one on one with my counselor twice in 30 days. I worked very hard while in treatment there. I was eventually kicked out for "using" marijuana, even though I touched nothing while there. I had them retest me the next day and was negative. They did a mass drug test with everyone there, and it was so unorganized and sloppy, they could have messed mine up with anybody. Whatever the case may be...I have been sober ever since, and now am a productive citizen with a career, family, and home.

Stutzmans has a very good group and individual counseling program. The women's group was especially helpful. it was they only real group where most of the women felt very comfortable to share and drop theiur issues on the floor. It is a great program as far as groups and counseling needs; but there was no visiting for family members unless there was a scheduled family session.
