This facility is what you make of it. The nurses are all lovely and caring people. It's a hospital, so everything is sterile and tidy. Intake and case counselors are either great or just decent. If the group of patients are serious and sharing, you will learn a lot. If the patient group is weak, it dampens the experience. The groups are spread throughout the day, but allowing sufficient down time. Several times a week they take you to several actual, quality meetings that are public & closed, hosted downstairs in the hospital. You can get out of the hospital for smoke breaks, they go bowling, there's an exercise room, etc. I can do without the food menu though, i found it rather disappointing at times.
