This is insurance fraud. The staff are all former addicts or current ones hiding it. They constantly "forget" to do paperwork keeping patients that have been sober for months. sure if it's narcissistic power trips or insurance fraud... BOTH
Staff & Management are under qualified, with the interest of collecting your insurance, DSS personal allowance, and foodstamps at the top of their priorities.
Unfair expectations for freshly detoxed addicts, extremely harsh consequences for nothing.
No training. Unethical practice. Employees are not valued or appreciated. Very understaffed. High turn over. Management is negligent, unavailable, under qualified. This agency is NOT about client care. This agency is greedy for money.
Patients looked at as dollar signs, and extremely neglected.

Constant fear of reprimand, write ups, or termination. Lowest man on totum pole gets the hit for what goes wrong....which is everything. VERY Cut throat.

Run!!! Do NOT even attempt to work at FLACRA.!!!
Needs improved holistic offerings and leisure time.
