No training. Unethical practice. Employees are not valued or appreciated. Very understaffed. High turn over. Management is negligent, unavailable, under qualified. This agency is NOT about client care. This agency is greedy for money. Patients looked at as dollar signs, and extremely neglected. . Constant fear of reprimand, write ups, or termination. Lowest man on totum pole gets the hit for what goes wrong....which is everything. VERY Cut throat. Best advice.... Run!!! Do NOT even attempt to work at FLACRA.!!!
