My sister went to this rehab and our whole family was left out of the treatment and family component (if they even have one). We never knew if she was ok, what was happening, the plans or her next steps or overall what was going on at all. She was only able to use a phone in the presence of her counselor and for only 5 minutes. Rarely did we even get calls. I am aware that addiction is a family disease and good rehabs include the family when releases of information are signed, which they were. When I did speak to her counselor he himself had just started the job a week or two prior and had absolutely no clue what he was doing, which was not comforting or reassuring. I would not suggest this rehab simply based on it being unorganized and not having any family component to their program.

I went for detox only. The detox facility was filthy. Trash under bed, trash and food left in dresser, boogers on the wall, flys everywhere, it was quite disturbing actually. I did not complain because obviously it was my fault for needing a detox, again. I filed a STD claim while there and the facility has yet to return paperwork to my employers STD company, it has been 3 weeks. If you’re coming off the streets or from jail the facility probably doesn’t look awful. If you have to receive treatment from them, don’t expect to be comfortable or eat good, nutritious food (but we don’t eat good anyway when we’re using, right?) Focus on the recovery aspect while there, get what you can and leave the rest behind. If you need paperwork filled out while there for employer etc., I suggest staying on top of your case manager

Overall the workers were polite and acted like they cared about your recovery.. but that is until something goes wrong. When I reported that several expensive shirts were gone along with my makeup- I was told it was my job to secure my things. I don\'t see how that is possible as you can\'t drag all of your stuff to every group. Don\'t forget to bring warm clothes in the colder months. The facility is in the mountains and it is cold. You have to stand outside for your meds and when it\'s cold and raining - it could be miserable. It was disappointing to learn that the trained counselors were the ones who facilitated the groups. The groups were run by 20 year old techs with no education. So there are plenty of areas for improvement. I would not return to this facility.
