Unqualified HR department, less than average living conditions, many other higher quality treatment in the area, dissatisfied staff, not welcomed by the local neighborhood, inexperienced manager, and the disconnect between the executive staff and the rest of the folks. I have worked in this industry for many years and with the consideration of the client so I absolutely would not recommend this facility. There are former clients, with 3 months of sobriety working in the call center. The price should be lower because it is operated with the budget of a non profit. Other weaknesses include: operations, leadership, unqualified family working for the business, organization, employee development, human resources, and misrepresenting itself to the community as christian based.
