      Strengths: Interest in each client, individual; assistance with job post discharge; great counselors; they celebrate the clients with a very nice graduation ceremony. Weaknesses: No aftercare or follow- up after discharge; little family involvement ; some employees are not very professional in their actions. Good program where the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives.
