I had a fantastic time here at hope house staff was great at answering questions and educating me on my treatment plan, medical treatments and aftercare options. I felt safe and welcomed by my peers would recommend to anyone needing treatment.
I am a former client of Pinnacle Peak Recovery and the program literally saved my life; helped start the process of healing my family, my relationship. The way they run groups is one of my favorite things about this place. Each group only has give or take 8 people in them instead of every single client in one room together. I noticed and felt everyone had the chance to talk and heal and no one could go unnoticed or just \"coast\" through. Everyone of the staff members always took time to help me, guide me through a difficult time, Give me direction; they truly cared. For the first time in recovery I worked on not just physically getting better by stopping using herion, meth etc, but I had the opportunity to go to the gym with PPR 5 days a week. Working on my physical health, being able to buy my own healthy good, \'ake my own meals and work out, along with my emotional mental and spiritual has made such a huge difference in my attitude and recovery over all!
I\'m probably the only person you should trust with a review of Sierra Tucson. It was such a great experience and even though it\'s very pricey, it\'s well worth the money. I was fortunate enough to have my insurance cover 100% of my 37 day stay. I\'m a 25 year old female and the only downside of it was the requirements for wardrobe. Everything you wear must be conservative. No shorts, tanks or leggings. Basically my whole wardrobe and girls must wear one piece speedos in the pool but besides that, the staff, facility and treatment which I received was top notch. Take it from someone who has been to copious amounts of rehabs, ST was my final stop and it saved my life. The scenery is beautiful and the activities are fun and treatment based. I\'m also a smoker so if your wondering how that works, there is what they call a \"butt hut\" which is designated for you to smoke away in whenever you feel the need to. Let me give you a quick pointer. Be your own advocate when it comes to making appointments. If you want to book a massage, make sure you do it days in advance. Also, take advantage of the state of the art treatments they have like EMDR and DBT. You need to make appointments for those as well and you do that with your primary counselor. If you slack on making appointments, you\'ll have a lot of down time. I saw my psychiatrist about once a week and if I needed her for something between scheduled visits she was happy to squeeze me in. Family week was the best part. It literally saved my family and helped me heal in so many ways I can\'t explain. If you run out of toiletries or need something that you didn\'t bring, ST has an on site store which carries really nice branded shampoos and good books and they also have some really pretty jewelry which I keep on me to this very day. The people there are nice, I met some friends. At the same time, some people are jerks and there\'s the occasional nutcase. Overall, this was the best treatment center I\'ve been to and it was the last. I went there about three years ago to the day and now my boyfriend is going next week. I hope this comment helps some of you and I hope you make the life changing decision to attend. It\'s more of like a therapeutic spa rehab than a scrub the floors with your toothbrush place. I wish I could spend one month a year there for a yearly tune up. It really was that great. It\'s mostly people in their early 20s to late 50s but I\'d say it\'s more younger people than older. Anyway- best place ever. Oh, and I went there to treat addiction as well as severe depression and anxiety.
