Going to CPE was the best thing I’ve ever done. It is so much more than just God and 12 steps being repetitiously hammered into you. The therapy is aimed towards getting to the roots of why professional people would end up addicted and sabotage their own lives. Max of 10 patients during my stay. At times only 5 or 6. Lots of individual therapy. Definitely not the “one size fits all” treatment I received at my first rehab. Highly recommend.
