I had lost all hope before I started going to treatment. All of the counselors even the ones that were not mine made me feel like they genuinely cared about my well being. I am still working very hard with my counselor and group but for the first time in my life I am hanging in there and not using. I am only writing this because I want others to know that this is a place worth going. It is clean, caring and they try extra hard to get you what you need to understand how to stop using and stay that way. I highly recommend.

Taking the next step to recovery is a giant step to take and often the most hardest and scariest! When I showed up to Sunflower Wellness my anxiety and nerves were at an all time high. After checking, settling in I was never nervous again! The friendly staff and very welcoming clients were very supportive. I completed my 30 day stay and now feel like I have a new lease on life! The coping skills I've learned during my time here I plan on using ever day in my life! Valley Hope of Atchison
Valley Hope really and truly is an amazing program all the way around! My daughter did the program not once but two times. Not because it didn\'t work but a person has to want a sober life for it to happen. I also spent a week in VH to safely detox off of a medication. I was amazed at how nice and respectful every single staff member treated each and every one of the patience never once feeling judged what so ever. There are so many classes available to give the proper tools to stay clean and sober when you go home. If you or someone you know is ready to get help I would recommend Valley Hope 110% best of luck!!
