The staff is absolutely awesome, you get 3 or (as many meals you want a day), a warm bed to sleep in, and just an all around welcoming feeling... Kind of like you\'ve made it home finally, when you walk in that place. I also recommend the after care or intensive outpatient program immediately following residential program. I had gone to La Vista for some months. And I'd like to thank all the staff members there. Including the supervisor. It was very therapeutic and I learned a lot from being there. I got the chance to really open up and share my thoughts and express my feelings. The food was always the best part. And I learned a lot about myself and what recovery means to me.
