The non-medication approach suited me. It helped for awhile. I felt the counseling could have been better.Several people,including my now ex husband were able to get away with things they should not have been doing. It wasn't successful concerning my ex husband but it was with a friend. I'm not completely sure what to suggest. I guess it depends on the person.
