Buddy’s greatest mental health influences come from the father of Positive Psychology, Martin Seligman, as well as the author of Man’s Search for Meaning, Viktor Frankl. Buddy utilizes as many experiential practices as possible and is an enthusiastic advocate of adventure therapy, which he frequently incorporates with New Hope programming.
