The staff there was a amazing and eating healthy and exercising all helped to transform me from what I was living like to someone functioning in society clean and sober.

Also was a two time resident. Accommodations and food were over the top, treatment not so much.

Everything was better than expected. The only thing I did not find helpful was that I had a new therapist every 2 months. Strengths: Community and support from others is a strength. Athletic, wilderness, and holistic activities as well. Weaknesses: Not much structure to many aspects, though that always comes with having freedom within a program. Foundation House is not for people looking for a very disciplined, structured program.
