When I first got here, I wanted to leave after 7 days because I was scared and didn't know how I was going to stay sober, but after meeting the community, I wanted to stay because everyone here is so welcoming, no one judges you and I felt very comfortable. I met so many wonderful people and it was nice to be in a bubble where there was no temptation to drink. Now I feel like I wish I could stay longer! Definitely Ty my therapist was great. A lot of topics that we discussed I could relate to. We talked about my anxiety, we talked about so much that we all go through in recovery. I had to get used to all the rules so it was an adjustment. I learned so many coping skills to help me when I feel triggered.
