There is so much to say about Luxe and my experience there. Never before have I been to addiction center where both of the owners are so hands on and caring. Arthur and Ara are here everyday checking with everyone and their staff to make sure everyone is happy, getting what they came into treatment for and more. They customize treatment plans differently for each individual to meet their specific needs and wants. All the staff working here truly care about their clients and you can feel it. I always feel welcome and at home while I was there. The unconditional love and support that the staff provide is truly one of kind and makes all the difference when you are in such a fragile state. Physically and mentally I was broke down coming in. The warmth and support here is contagious and truly makes it such a special place to find sobriety. They pack you week with incredible activities! Activities that reminded me that I can still have fun sober and live my life to the fullest without drugs and alcohol. This was my last treatment center by the grace of God the one that changed my life forever.
Ventura Recovery Center
Strengths: Food, cleanliness, consistency of rules, MOST councilors nice/helpful.  A welcome feeling. Weaknesses: Not enough physical activity choices. Not all counselors were approachable... Needs more than one t.v. and more time to watch and relax. I loved meeting my friends there.  I had an overall enjoyable experience.  They really helped me and gave people a chance. They worked hard with my insurance company. The nurses and 99% of the staff were extremely helpful and caring. The housing was very very nice. The cooks catered to our preference and cared about our opinions and requests.
