Christian the program supervisor is a true professional. The therapists and case managers are great, I loved the groups and learned a lot. But the floor team really makes this place what it is and keeps everything running smoothly. She will very quickly find solutions and make sure things get done, she always follows up and communicated where stuff is in the process. That helps so much because being dependent on staff while Im here can be very frustrating. But when supervisors are professional and take needs and requests seriously, it makes all the difference. She is always all over the place, running to get things done for people and you can tell she really cares.
