DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY UP FRONT!!!!! They will tell you that you will get reimbursed but you have to do it yourself if your insurance is slow pay. That they will help you with everything and they didn’t. They strung me along believing my insurance had coded it wrong. They took my 30,000 cash and I have been fighting a year and will get nothing. My insurance said Duffy’s basically took my money then made it look like it was not medically necessary for me to be there. I wrote to the CEO and he said we were well aware that it was private pay.
