    Gateway Foundation— Carbondale

Some good staff members and it's close to home for us. They did work with us as far as making a payment plan. Not enough funds to help lower income families that make just above what is required for a medical card. They need more parts of treatment to deal with the repercussions of the lifestyle of being an addict. They also need better family counseling as well and longer treatment for opioid addition. They need more intensive counseling and longer stays. The insurance shouldn't be allowed to dictate how long a patient can stay in treatment. That should be up to the staff that works with the patient.

    Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital

The nurses in this hospital are top notch. I am particularly referring to the day surgery pavilion pre-op and recovery. I never wanted to anything from making sure I am comfortable, feel at ease about the upcoming procedure to keeping me comfortable afterwards to release. Particular day/time was March 2 from 12:30pm-7pm. Accolades to all and a huge thank you!
