Acqua Recovery
It’s been about 6 months since I graduated from Acqua and I couldn’t ask for a better life. I had previously attended an IOP in San Francisco and a residential center in Tucson. Both had regid treatment programs that didn’t suit my needs. Acqua is different. They listen to you and value your input in your recovery. Besides having top notch specialists, Most treatment centers with cross or co-addiction programs treat one before the other, but Acqua worked with my PTSD/depression from day one knowing to be successful, I needed to dal with them together. ALL the staff really cared for everyone. From the chef making my favorite breakfast on my last day to the housekeeper providing extra face cloths. Nothing is too large or small for them to consider. Treatment length is also a strong suit with Acqua - I knew I wasn’t ready to leave at any specified point in time and my treatment team worked with me to give my recovery the greatest advantage possible. EVERYONE truly cares and the setting couldn’t be more perfect. I actually loved the place! I live in California, but recently visited as I know I will always be part of the family. They really care about me and the feeling is mutual. No corporate rehab can ever compare!i I hope I’ll never need it, but i know that if I need a tune-up, I’ll be accepted with open arms!
