The staff are all kind and understanding and make your stay feel like you are at the home of a friend, not a hospital. They offer different types of yoga. They also offer boxing, pilates and tai chi. You also get acupuncture or cupping weekly and one massage included and you can pay for additional. Trips outside the facility are limited.

      Its a facility that wants to help you, if your really ready to make a change in your addiction. Has a structured environment but a relaxed atmosphere to help with your steps toward recovery. I would Recommend it to anyone that needs help. Staff are very helpful.
