Clean, wholistic, compassionate. This place is a wonderful facility for adolescent boys to find a safe haven from the vices and destruction that addiction brings.. it offers a way out for these boys and a hopeful new way of living in order to beat addiction upon their return home.
This treatment center is amazing! Everyone there cares about the patients like they are family. Attending this facility is like going on a retreat. The property is beautiful and full of positive vibes. All of the cabins have a "homey" feel and surround a beautiful pond with fish and ducks. I can't say enough about Extra Mile. If someone is in need, they will help you in whatever way possible! Relaxing positive atmosphere and incredible staff!! I do not know of any weaknesses except that they will need more counselors as more people use their facility. Right now they provide a great amount of attention to their current clients.
The effective of the program to include mental health issues. I was in the facility for 6 months and it was the most effective treatment I had ever been in. Regardless of the facility involved, "you" must have the desire to fulfill treatment requirements.
