You’re unable to communicate with work, with loved ones for support, take classes, you can’t time since there are no clocks in the room. Your in a state of limbo waiting for someone to tell you what to do. It added to my depression, I spent the first 4 days laying in bed not being able to work on my life or call my loved ones.
