      Soul Surgery

      Out of all of the programs Ive been to over the years this is the program that finally gave me what I was looking for. They treated me like family and knew when to push me. Every other place Id been to I just coasted through and relapsed days or weeks after leaving. Soul Surgery kept in touch with me weekly after I graduated and made sure I was still on the path they laid out for me. I still to this day talk to members of their team and attend their alumni program as often as I can. I truly and forever grateful for their program and how it changed my life.

      Co-occurring disorders, BH license as well as SUD, Adolescent girls' program, individualized treatment plans, small, family owned, medical staff on site and internationally accredited school for adolescents. OON coverage only, which was weakness. Cottonwood is a well respected co-occurring disorders residential facility where we are known for treating complex clinical cases and consistently get great outcomes
