it was an outpatient program facility to where they charged about 200% more than other clinics in the state (nation actually) just if they could pay or not. limited staff & counselors rarely rook interest in the patients.

Strengths:nothing. Weakness:everything. literally. don't follow through with their treatment model. They only want the money and once they get it, they forget all about the rules and the actual healing of it all.
