The Tennessee REDLINE, available 24/7, offers confidential referrals for substance misuse treatment. Anyone can call or text to receive assistance. Texting enables staff to provide referrals or follow up on phone calls with additional information. This approach allows individuals to engage and gather information at their convenience, without the need for prolonged phone calls. The service is operated by the Tennessee Association for Alcohol, Drug, and other Addiction Services.
