Ascend Healthcare - Empress House
The staff was incredibly caring and helpful throughout my daughter\'s entire stay, from the time they greeted us when we pulled up to the house, to the regular check-ins, to the follow-up and aftercare recommendations. They were very communicative the entire time and kept me well informed of my daughter\'s progress and her medication status. The counselor and therapist provided a lot of insight and lined us up with an amazing aftercare program. This is a fantastic facility that I would not hesitate to recommend.
Sharp McDonald Center
The staff was really pleasant and cared. You got to actually choose what you wanted from a list of items. They also would let your spouse and or children eat for free with you. They could have been a little more timely when medication was needed. We felt the staff was top notch, and they really cared. This visit was for a very close friend. They allowed whomever was on the list of visitors to come pretty much anytime of the day or night, which made it perfect to bring in my friends daughter. I firmly believe this facility really helped my friend tremendously.

It’s an excellent start to a new beginning. I have yet to meet a client I couldn’t get along with and I believe that’s because of the scrutiny put in to choosing there clients, not that they don’t give everyone they can an chance. I have just met a lot of quality people trying to help them selves and Laguna treatment center does everything they can to provide them with a chance at a new start. Plus I have made a lot of life long friends. You learn a lot about yourself and have fun at the same time in a truly safe place. Not to mention there’s not a single staff member you can’t connect with while they facilitate futures.
