Home of Grace for Men
I was a resident at The Home of Grace 10 years ago. It was prior to the renovations, the cabins were in the lower area by the creek. It was the place I began feeling the transformations that God had in store for my life. The facilities have changed since then but the love I felt there is still alive. There is not a tremendous clinical approach; dual diagnosis clients need a more specialized setting. But it cannot be all things to all people. I believe in the work being done there, as a M.S., L.P.C in the State of Mississippi (I went back to school and finished my Master’s Degree post graduating), I wish I was close enough to align myself further. God bless The Home of Grace and the people who need their help!
Oxford Treatment Center Resolutions Facility
After 30 days at OTC I was leaving feeling apprized and well equipped with the a new understanding of my own addiction and how to successfully maintain my recovery. As for my personal experience with my therapist and overall treatment I was elated. You can tell which staff and therapist really care about what they do for the patients. But it’s also important to be keep in mind “you” are just impactful to your peers as they are to you. You get what you put in.
