I wish the out of pocket costs were less. I feel $400.00 a day for detox is to high.
I was a client at avenues for 6 months. I found it to be professionally run by caring people. Right now I have 1 year clean with more to go.my counselor was crummy but all the others were good, don't worry he has since left.the living arrangements were fine and the food they provided was sufficient. You cooked for yourself. When the young guys cooked you got hot dogs and burgers .when the older ones cooked you ate salmon, pork shoulders, pork chops etc. It was hit or miss but never bad. Plus you could make what you wanted. The patient techs were good and helpful. One in particular pat would literally go to the ends of the earth to help you. Gotta love the guys genuiness and caring demeanor. The housing manager devin was really good also. Sadly I've been in quite a few rehabs and I would rate avenues an 8 out of 10. I would recommend it to family and friends. I learned alot there which helps me now.you can only get better coming here. Jamie lorber
CW literally saved my life. I had \"tried\" LVGRN, a 12-Step \"factory rehab\" several years ago. 12 steps down your throat….\"you are powerless, powerless, powerless\". Not for me. And with 3 guys snoring in your \"barracks\", well, try getting better when you have no sleep!! So I spent the money for CW. Thank God! With good sleep, great nutrition & exercise, you build the strength you need to fix your brain. Excellent talk, music, exercise therapy from 7am - 9pm for 28 days was perfect for me. I still work with an excellent therapist since my program and avoid 12 step meetings like the plague. I realize that 12 stepping works for some but CW gives you many tools and 12 steps are only an option there. This week I celebrate one year sobriety and wanted to say \"Thank You\" to CW by writing this review.
