The staff were professional. The program was fitted to my current needs (i just came out of another program and most places just wanted to throw me into a program...just because) and they worked around my work and family schedule even on weekends. I read some of the other reviews and I don't think enough people that do well and truly appreciate what these people do voice their experience.
