My case manager Stephen made me feel like he was really on my side. He was a good listener and helped me with my sober living. He always made himself available. The house keepers were great and the nurses were always there. Dr. Shaina is the best for sure! She was so kind and very helpful to me because she was receptive of my needs. Dr. Vega was great. I enjoyed Ray's groups because he spoke about how drugs effect the brain which was very educational. Saffiyah's classes were very comprehensive and covered different approaches, today we meditated in class and did grounding techniques. James is a great teacher, he does the music therapy classes and he is so patient and tactful. The gym was great, I work out every day and they have yoga classes too. The grounds are very open. River Oaks helped give me a safe place to think, reflect, and learn.
