I am sober. Yay! Paulicia, my therapist was wonderful! Many classes were good, but some were really redundant. The weekend program was slim, but I appreciate the effort to teach how to have fun in sober life. I can't say enough about Chef Leo, Ms. Linda, Ms. Lupita, and the rest of the kitchen staff. I am vegetarian. They worked so hard to make me good nutritious whole fresh foods for each meal and were so positve. I believe that food and exercize are essential to healing. The accomodations need attention. The carpet is filthy, and communal areas shared need to be sanitzed and cleaned regularly expecially with the number of people churning through here. Overall my experience has been good. I so appreciate my time here and hope NEVER to be back. :)
